Frequently asked questions

Can I ask for a quote without choosing a SKU?
Yes. Share the item, surface, available label space, reader and read requirements. We can shortlist designs, then confirm the sample plan and quotation terms.

What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the chip, the antenna design, the format (dry inlay, wet inlay or label) and any printing or encoding. Send your annual volume and we confirm the MOQ in writing within 24 hours. Samples for testing are handled separately from the MOQ.

What do I need for a sample request?
Name the SKU, or describe the surface, available footprint and test equipment. Quantity, any cost, timing and shipping are confirmed before dispatch. You can also use the sample request page.
