Why Antenza
Why engineers work with Antenza
We are a new brand, so there is no logo wall or award shelf here. What we offer instead are practices you can check.
-
Selection starts from your application
We ask about the surface, read distance, reader and printer first, then shortlist antennas and chips that fit, not whatever is in stock.
-
Datasheet-verified specs
Chip sensitivity, memory and protocol come from the official NXP, Impinj and Alien datasheets. Read ranges are labelled as reference values.
-
Samples before bulk
Validate on your own items, readers and printers before a volume order. We adjust chip, size or format if the first try falls short.
-
100% inline electrical test
Inlays are 100% electrically tested inline during production, and every batch is RF-characterised.
-
ISO 9001-certified production partner
Tags are produced with an ISO 9001-certified partner in Jiangsu; Antenza handles engineering, sampling, testing, QC and export.
-
Straight answers within 24 h
An engineer replies, not an autoresponder. If a tag will not work on your item, we say so and suggest one that will.
Process
How ordering works
- 01
Specify
Share surface, read distance, chip preference and volume. We shortlist tags that fit.
- 02
Sample
Receive sample tags of the shortlisted designs to try in your own setup.
- 03
Validate
Test on your items, readers and printers. We adjust chip, size or format if needed.
- 04
Produce & ship
Volume production with 100% inline electrical test, then export shipping.
Chips
Built on NXP, Impinj and Alien chips
Chip figures come from the official vendor datasheets. We recommend a chip on sensitivity, memory and supply, not on habit.
