Inquiry information and purpose
Quote, sample and engineering forms may include your name, email, company, country, contact details, product SKU, application requirements, expected volume and message. Submitted details are used to answer and follow up on your inquiry, including sample, specification or related order requirements. Do not include passwords, payment details or unrelated sensitive personal information.
How forms currently work
Forms currently open an email draft with the subject and request details filled in. You still need to press Send in your email application. Opening a draft does not send an email or confirm receipt of an inquiry. After you send it, your email provider and our mailbox provider process the message.
Browser storage
During the browser session, the site stores the first landing page, referring page and campaign or click parameters already present in the URL. These details may accompany a submitted inquiry to identify its source. A successful online form also stores a temporary timestamp, language, topic and product status for the confirmation page. Session storage is not automatically sent as an analytics event. Ending the browser session or clearing site data removes these records.
Optional analytics and consent
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are currently disabled, and their analytics scripts are not loaded. If enabled later, the site will show analytics consent controls and this notice will be updated. The form’s session source record is handled separately from website analytics.
Providers, external links and record requests
The hosting provider may process ordinary request records to deliver pages and operate the website securely. External links, email applications and configured contact channels are covered by their respective providers’ policies. To ask about inquiry records held by the team, retention, correction or deletion, contact us below and identify the email address used for the request.
