Higgs-3 / Higgs-4 UHF RFID Inlay, AZ-H3-S13 is a passive UHF RFID inlay design with a choice of Alien Higgs-3 or Alien Higgs-4 chips on a dipole antenna for the 860–960 MHz band. Its antenna dimensions are shared on request: tell us the item and the label position, and we will confirm whether it fits and send samples.
The same antenna design is offered with Alien Higgs-3 or Alien Higgs-4; each tag carries one of them. The options differ mainly in memory: Alien Higgs-3 has 96-bit EPC extensible to 480 bits, 512-bit user memory, 64-bit unique TID; Alien Higgs-4 has up to 128-bit EPC (96-bit nominal), 128-bit user memory, 64-bit unique TID. Datasheet read sensitivity (bare chip): up to −18 dBm for Higgs-3, up to −18.5 dBm for Higgs-4. Tell us which chip your system expects, or ask us to recommend one for your application.
We do not publish a read range for this design. Range depends on the reader, antenna, power and tagged material, so ask us for test data or samples for your setup.
It is typically used for library books and media. The application pages below give chip and size recommendations for each industry.
Order it as a dry inlay for your own converting, a wet inlay with adhesive and liner, or a finished label, blank or printed and EPC-encoded. We ship samples first so you can validate on your own items and readers, then quote the format you tested.
Confirm the construction and encoding during sampling, then quote the configuration you validated.
Chip and antenna on a PET carrier without adhesive, for your own converting, hang tags or lamination.
The same inlay with pressure-sensitive adhesive on a liner, applied like a sticker.
Paper or synthetic face stock over the inlay, blank or printed, ready for RFID printers.
Other label sizes, face stocks, adhesives, printing, encoding and roll formats on request.
Share surface, read distance, chip preference and volume. We shortlist tags that fit.
Receive sample tags of the shortlisted designs to try in your own setup.
Test on your items, readers and printers. We adjust chip, size or format if needed.
Volume production with 100% inline electrical test, then export shipping.
Understand dry inlays, adhesive wet inlays and converted labels. Specify the antenna, finished dimensions and roll format so your RFID order is usable.
Compare UHF chip memory, reader features and lifecycle support. Use official datasheets to shortlist chips, then test the complete inlay on your items.
