Impinj M730 UHF RFID Inlay, AZ-M730-S01 is a passive UHF RFID inlay design with the Impinj M730 chip on a dipole antenna for the 860–960 MHz band. Its antenna dimensions are shared on request: tell us the item and the label position, and we will confirm whether it fits and send samples.
Impinj M730 provides 128-bit EPC, 96-bit TID with a 48-bit serial number, no user memory. Impinj specifies a read sensitivity of up to −24 dBm and a write sensitivity of up to −21 dBm for the bare chip; the range of the finished tag also depends on the antenna, the reader and the tagged material. Datasheet highlights: enhanced AutoTune, Integra memory diagnostics, Protected Mode, Enduro bonding, FastID and TagFocus.
