Monza 4 Dual-Dipole UHF RFID Inlay, AZ-M4-S09 is a passive UHF RFID inlay design with a choice of Impinj Monza 4D, Impinj Monza 4E or Impinj Monza 4QT chips on a dual-dipole antenna for the 860–960 MHz band. Its antenna dimensions are shared on request: tell us the item and the label position, and we will confirm whether it fits and send samples.
The same antenna design is offered with Impinj Monza 4D, Impinj Monza 4E or Impinj Monza 4QT; each tag carries one of them. The options differ mainly in memory: Impinj Monza 4D has 128-bit EPC, 32-bit user memory, 96-bit TID with a 48-bit serial number; Impinj Monza 4E has up to 496-bit EPC, 128-bit user memory, 96-bit TID with a 48-bit serial number; Impinj Monza 4QT has 128-bit EPC, 512-bit user memory, 96-bit TID with a 48-bit serial number. Datasheet read sensitivity (bare chip): up to −19.5 dBm for Monza 4D, up to −19.5 dBm for Monza 4E, up to −19.5 dBm for Monza 4QT. Tell us which chip your system expects, or ask us to recommend one for your application.
Its dual-dipole layout makes the tag far less sensitive to orientation than a single dipole, which helps when items pass the reader at random angles. We do not publish a read range for this design. Range depends on the reader, antenna, power and tagged material, so ask us for test data or samples for your setup.
Buyers typically use this UHF RFID inlay for carton, tote and pallet labels.
The same chip and antenna are available as dry inlay, wet inlay or label; printing, EPC encoding and custom label sizes are quoted on request. Start with samples, then move to volume once the tag passes your tests; volume orders are produced with our ISO 9001-certified production partner and 100% electrically tested inline.
Confirm the construction and encoding during sampling, then quote the configuration you validated.
Chip and antenna on a PET carrier without adhesive, for your own converting, hang tags or lamination.
The same inlay with pressure-sensitive adhesive on a liner, applied like a sticker.
Paper or synthetic face stock over the inlay, blank or printed, ready for RFID printers.
Other label sizes, face stocks, adhesives, printing, encoding and roll formats on request.
Share surface, read distance, chip preference and volume. We shortlist tags that fit.
Receive sample tags of the shortlisted designs to try in your own setup.
Test on your items, readers and printers. We adjust chip, size or format if needed.
Volume production with 100% inline electrical test, then export shipping.
Understand dry inlays, adhesive wet inlays and converted labels. Specify the antenna, finished dimensions and roll format so your RFID order is usable.
Compare UHF chip memory, reader features and lifecycle support. Use official datasheets to shortlist chips, then test the complete inlay on your items.
